OEM’s branded financier, with support from the OEM and their banking partner, sought to provide their dealer network with actionable leads generated from their current finance book.

Ease of Use and CRM Integration
Introducing a new system into an established network can be challenging, with initial hesitation from dealers. To address this, Op2ma, in collaboration with the OEM and the branded financier, conducted online introductory sessions for senior management. These sessions involved OEM, the financier, the banking partner, and dealer representatives, featuring a 30-minute presentation and Q&A. This proactive approach resulted in strong dealer buy-in, with many eager to participate in the pilot program.
Live Reporting for All Stakeholders
The branded financier wanted to complement OEM marketing campaigns by utilizing real-time data. They required the ability to create, adjust, and evaluate campaigns during meetings while monitoring dealer network engagement. Ri-gnr8’s campaign creation and reporting tools
exceeded their expectations, providing comprehensive insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Access Levels
The system needed to accommodate varying access requirements for staff across different roles, locations, and security levels. Ri-gnr8’s flexible access control structure met the specific needs of the OEM, the financier, the banking partner, and the dealer network—without customisation. Dealer network contacts received regional or senior dealer access, while senior managers were granted full or partial control of the master data.

Managing data consistency was crucial, especially with inputs from multiple parties. Ri-gnr8 handled this seamlessly, with Op2ma providing
the banking partner with detailed field documentation. Over time, the partner supplied multiple data files with evolving content. Ri-gnr8
efficiently mapped these files, ensuring uninterrupted network access while the data integration process continued behind the scenes.
Security Compliance
The platform had to meet rigorous security standards, including OEM’s global assessment protocols, the banking partner’s 3rd-party review, and the local countries privacy regulations. Ri-gnr8 successfully passed all assessments without any modifications to its core system.
