Marc left a family dealership group - the Adrian Brien Automotive Group - to start his own business.
With his wife Karen, they mortgaged their house and started in a small office on Goodwood Rd, Daw Park in Adelaide.

Graduated from the University of Adelaide with an Honours Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marc has an extensive career spanning over 28 years in both national and international roles. From manufacturing and supply with Ford Motor Company, to financier Ford Credit Europe, and extensive retail management experience as Dealer Principal, he started Fusion Business Solutions in 1999.
Today, Fusion Business Solutions has grown into a premier consulting business with international clients.
Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. He worked his way up from automotive technician (passenger & light diesel), to workshop manager and eventually taking on a management role in After Sales Operations with three Vehicle Manufacturers and Importers. Tim ran his own consulting business for five years, specialising in Fixed Operations and Management Consulting, before joining Op2ma.
With his hands-on approach, backed by extensive experience in the field, Tim facilitates strong participation and creates the conduit for positive change in the workplace. He has also helped expand the services we offer and our client base.
Kylie joined the team at Fusion Business Solutions in 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, including 2 years with Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd. She is CPA qualified, and completed a Master of Business Administration in 2004.
Kylie spent 6 years as the honorary Resource Director of SA Little Athletics Association Inc. and is now the Treasurer of her daughter’s highland dancing school fundraising committee.
National Manager – F&I Solutions
Ann has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked in sales, aftermarket, and finding her forte in Finance & Insurance where she received numerous awards from Financiers and Insurance providers. With more than 16 years of experience in selling F&I, she then moved into training & coaching with one of Toyota Financial Services before joining Op2ma as a trainer and performance management coach.
Her extensive skills in selling and process management make her an outstanding coach and facilitator.
National Manager – CX+
Ian McLean joins Op2ma as General Manager of Performance Consulting with over 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry, both internationally and in Australia, in the OEM, automotive financial services and dealer retail sectors. His automotive career began with Ford Australia and then saw him move through a broad number of sales and marketing roles at both Melbourne head office and regional offices in Sydney and Adelaide. His time at Ford included four years at Ford Credit where he was Marketing Manager and State Manager for Western Australia. In 2000 Ian joined Renault Australia as National Marketing Manager where he was a key member of the team responsible for the launch of the marque in 2001. In 2005 Ian moved to The Fiji Islands where he was CEO/Country Head of Toyota. Ian also spent a year in India as the CEO of India’s second largest Toyota dealer group. His most recent positions have included GM/CEO roles with Volvo, Ford, Holden and Jaguar Land Rover dealerships.
Ian has a master’s degree in marketing from RMIT University. He is married to wife Carey and has two daughters.
National Manager – Performance Consulting
With more than 30 years’ experience within the automotive industry behind him including a National Sales Manager role with a European brand in Australia. As a result, Mark is well versed in all aspects of Dealership Operations. His is qualified in both accounting and marketing, and as a business coach. Together with his real world experience, this equips him to excel as a consultant and facilitator.
National Manager – Customer Experience Solutions
Wayne has over 10 years of direct sales experience spanning a large number of different industries. He joined Op2ma in 2016 as a Lead Generator where he used his vast sales, communication, customer service and leadership skills to progress through the ranks. He has been the National Manager of Op2ma’s RTO affiliate, Fusion Business College since 2017 and is now applying his skills to the Consumer Experience Solutions department as well.
Wayne also holds a Bachelor of Journalism.
General Manager – Op2ma China
Izzie has more than 10 years’ experience in training and development for automotive dealers, working for both OEMs and for a consulting company.
National Manager – Information & Technology
Moon has worked as a Software Engineer at Op2ma for over 10 years. He has participated in the design and development for many of our software solutions including CSI/Survey Solutions, Ri-focus Field Force Solutions, Revuu Performance Review Solutions, etc.
He is unusual for an engineer that he often has direct dialogue with clients, fast-tracking improvements and development.
HR & Office Manager
Natasha joined Fusion Business Solutions in 2000 and still enjoys being a part of the dynamic and high-performance team that strives to be the best in the business. She has a proven track record in developing effective solutions in administration, project management and human resource management. Her core strengths include providing executive support, logistics and event management, designing organisation policies and standards, strategic planning, project management, customer service training, recruitment and performance management.
Natasha also strongly believes in propagating individual autonomy, collective growth, and enjoying what you do. She is focused on helping the team to win, creating a harmonious workplace, and being prepared for contingencies.
Dr. Susie Fang
Dr. Fang holds a PhD degree in Computer Science, with nine years’ experience in data analytics and data mining. She is a strategically and tactically strong consultant who adds real value by providing commercial insights and practical advice to build business capability from data insights. She has proficient knowledge in statistics, mathematics, and analytics, as well as excellent understanding of data modelling, data extraction, data quality and cleansing techniques and processes, and data management systems.
BDM OEM Solutions
Pat has 30 years of experience with Ford Motor Company in New Zealand and Australia in Financial Analysis and Sales and Marketing, having spent a large part of his career involved in developing strategy and introducing new policies, business systems and processes in the rapidly changing and evolving automotive industry.
Pat has strong cross-functional management experience, and has held senior roles in Financial Analysis, Fleet Sales, Retail Marketing, and Dealer Operations. His last role with Ford was as the Sales Planning and Distribution Manager.
Senior Management Consultant
Craig has built a reputation for the development and delivery of innovative consulting and training solutions in the automotive and motorcycle industry at both OEM and retail level.
Craig spent 7 years as the Director in charge of Consultancy at Deloitte Motor Industry Services and prior to this, 8 years in Sales and Marketing and Dealer Development with Mitsubishi Motors and Toyota Australia. This is experience has been supplemented with a stint in retail allowing him to bring a unique perspective to consulting and training.
Over 30 years industry experience – starting as an automotive engineer before moving into senior national aftersales management roles with brands such as Hyundai, Peugeot, and Fiat Chrysler. Greg has developed extensive Service and Parts management experience and has consulted and lectured on these topics. Greg brings a high level of fixed operations management and process improvement experience.
Sales Process and Retention Manager - Financial Services
Robert has over 25 years’ experience in Automotive industry, covering a diverse range of roles. With retail experience in automotive sales and management, he has also held roles in finance broking and automotive recruitment. As National Training Manager, Robert was responsible for the operation and compliance of Fusion Business College, a Nationally registered RTO.
Robert has designed and delivered over 50 National vehicle product launch events for OEM’s while also developing specific on boarding, sales, and sales management programs. He holds the International Sales Master Trainer Accreditations for both Volkswagen and Skoda- designing and delivering their National Sales and Sales Management accreditation programs. Robert has also conducted tailored in dealership training and consulting programs nationally.
Management Consultant - Op2ma China
Edward first worked with Fusion Business Solutions in 2006, then reconnected in 2017. Edward began his career in engineering and progressed to sales and sales support for a global automotive consulting company. He moved into sales training after more than 1000 delivery days in sales process, product training and sales management training for two international training organisations. With over ten years of sales training experience in the automotive industry in China, Edward has had substantial experience in the roles of training coordinator, trainer, master trainer, SME (subject matter expert) and team leader.
Clients include Aston Martin, Volvo, Shanghai GM, Jinbei GM, SAIC GM Wuling, GM China, Shanghai VW, FAW VW, Chang’an Ford, Dongfeng Nissan, Guangzhou Toyota, DY KIA, Nanjing FIAT and a number of local manufacturers.
Senior PHP Programmer
Ron had Bachelor in Computer Engineer from India and completed a Master of IT (Professional Computing) from Swinburne in Melbourne. He moved in Adelaide in 2010 and started work as Website Developer.
He joined Op2ma in 2012 as Programmer and has very good knowledge in PHP, MYSQL, JQUERY, HTML5, CSS3, etc. He is currently in charge of many projects and key part of team at Op2ma.
Ravi just loves programming and is keen to learn new skills which will improve his overall ability.
Away from work, Ravi likes playing and watching sports.
Nicolas joined Op2ma in 2017 as a web developer. Having worked in various positions for multiple global Internet, software and Automotive companies, he deeply understands the importance of developing software products in line with the clients' business priorities.
Nicolas has been part of different major projects like Ri-gnr8 and CSI. He is a proficient backend/frontend developer and passionate to create excellent product experience to Op2ma's clients.
Outside of his work, Nicolas enjoys pursuing the latest web app technologies, being a dad to his son, travelling with his wife and playing squash.
Nelson has been in the IT industry since 2008. Having worked for a Fortune 500 company in Shanghai, he has abundant experience in various technologies and many programming languages.
Nelson joined Op2ma in 2016. He is involved in multiple products, and is talented at tailoring innovative solutions for each client's specific business models. He values workmanship and never compromises quality when encountering challenges.

Mayura joined Op2ma in 2017 as a PHP Programmer. She has completed a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Computing before pursuing a Masters of Computer Science.
She has experience developing web-based solutions for various domains over 14 years.
She has successfully contributed to various areas of the software development life cycle - requirement analysis, designing solutions, development, and deployment etc.
She has a Bachelor in Computer Engineer from India. She is part of different products like Finance Accelerator, CSI, Ri-focus, Ri-gnr8 etc.
Harnoor is a postgraduate professional with a Master of Information Systems from Federation University, Australia. Harnoor joined Op2ma in 2016 as an intern and since then has grown into a key member of the Op2ma team. Equipped with technology and soft skills, Harnoor assist the Op2ma IT team in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and testing. Along with that, Harnoor also contributes in project coordination, business requirement gathering, gap analysis and related documentation.
Sales and Customer Service Rep
Samantha joined the team in 2018 as our Customer and Sales Support Consultant and is enjoying the challenges of juggling multiple tasks on the go at once. Samantha worked as an Aftermarket Consultant before working in Portfolio Funding for 9 years.
Samantha’s competitiveness comes through both personally and in the workplace with a strive to succeed and develop new skills and information.
Contact Centre Supervisor
Nari spent the first 5 years of her career in the retail industry before moving to the telecommunications industry. She spent 8 years in Adelaide’s largest call centre starting as a customer service representative and quickly working her way into training, quality assurance and team leader roles. She held the following leadership roles call centres: including Internet, Customer Retention, Customer Relations and Revenue Protection.
Nari joined Op2ma in 2014 as Business Development Supervisor where she manages the inbound and outbound contact centre. Our Adelaide based contact centre supports automotive dealers and manufacturers in the following areas:
